If you would like to purchase a tiny home, then please call us to make an appointment to discuss your particular needs.

  • Step 1 – Choose a design and inclusions that suit you.
  • Step 2 – Place your order and pay the deposit to lock in your build schedule.
  • Step 3 – Make your 1st progress payment.

Once your order is placed and the first progress payment is made, your tiny house building process can start. Our estimated construction time to complete a tiny house is 12 weeks. To find out the completion date for your tiny home please contact us.
You can choose to pay the full amount upfront, or pay progressively over 5 payments as follows:

  • 20% Deposit
  • 20% Stage 1 – Base/Trailer
  • 20% Stage 2 – Framing
  • 20% Stage 3 – Lockup
  • 20% Stage 4 – Fitout
  • Stage 5 – Completion
